Enrich Your Inner Landscape and allow for Joy, Serenity & Wisdom to flourish in your life!
Come deepen your understanding of meditation/Sadhana in this in-depth workshop. Embrace the value of your meditation practice with guidelines to help live a meaningful and purposeful life. Meditation proves to be an essential tool to the nature of unbounded consciousness bringing forth happiness and joy.
The Bhagavad Gita, or “The Song of God,” is generally recognized as one of the greatest spiritual texts ever written. It is an epic story that covers such essential questions as to ‘who we are’, ‘our purpose’ and how we can best move through our limited time here.
Through this allegoric story we will investigate and experience the application of karma (action), bhakti (devotion) and jnana (knowledge) into our daily lives.
Based in Yogic philosophy, its teachings cross boundaries of religion by amplifying our own personal relationships of our ego selves with our Divine Self.
