Join us for an evening of gentle reflection within, through the practice of Yin Yoga and Meditation. Encompassing the darkness with candlelight, warmth & tea we will embrace the quietude of winter months, creating space for the unconscious mind to dance and dream; cultivating stillness necessary to allow for restoration through the coldest months giving us strength to slough off stagnancy as we return to the light.
